By creating an Exodus Health account, you agree to these Terms. You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and use the service only where legally permitted. If you use the service for another person, you confirm that you have authority to act for them.
Exodus Health provides health and wellness tracking, care-team communications, appointment tools, educational content, and features available under your membership tier. Features may change as the service develops.
Do not use this app for emergencies. Call 911 or your local emergency number if you may be experiencing an emergency. App content and automated suggestions are informational and do not replace professional medical judgment, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified clinician about medical decisions.
You are responsible for information you submit and for ensuring it is accurate. You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, impersonate another person, or use the service unlawfully. We may suspend access to protect members, providers, or the service.
Paid features depend on the selected tier and payment status. Prices, renewal terms, and cancellation details are shown during checkout. Third-party payment processors handle payment information under their own terms.
The app, branding, software, and original content belong to Exodus Health or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is active.
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or particular health outcomes. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
You may request account closure by contacting us. We may update these Terms and will request new acceptance when a material update requires it. Continued use after any legally valid notice is subject to the updated Terms.
Questions about these Terms can be sent through the contact information provided by Exodus Health in the app or on its website.
