We collect account and contact details, membership information, health and wellness entries, medication or peptide tracking data, appointment check-ins, messages, uploaded images, connected-record data you authorize, and technical information such as device, browser, IP address, and app activity.
We use information to operate and secure the app, personalize your experience, support care coordination, display progress, process memberships, communicate with you, troubleshoot problems, and improve the service.
Authorized providers and care-team personnel may access information needed to support your care and use provider tools, including information displayed after your member QR code is scanned. We may also share information with vendors that help host, secure, communicate, analyze, or process payments for the service, subject to appropriate obligations. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect safety and legal rights.
You can manage available communication and visibility preferences in the app. You may request access, correction, or deletion of information, subject to identity verification and legal or clinical record-retention requirements. Disconnecting an external health record stops future imports but may not remove data already imported.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal, security, and recordkeeping obligations. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
The service is not directed to children who cannot legally consent on their own. A parent or legal guardian must provide any required authorization. We may update this Policy and will identify the current version on this page.
Privacy questions and requests can be submitted through the contact information provided by Exodus Health in the app or on its website.
